Cooking Classes are not available at this time due to family circumstances.  Please hang around and check out our recipes in the meantime.

Most class menus can be adjusted to suit allergy or diet needs.  Please contact Cooks In Your Kitchen for more details or to request a date for a class.

Classes include 

Bread 1 – Make a selection of breads and doughs, including scrolls, potato bread, bagel bread and Pain a l’ancienne

Bread (2) – Make a selection of bread including ciabatta, sourdough,  scrolls and foccacia

Salad Sensations  (GF) (VEG) – learn how to make a selection of delicious salads including a mexican bean, corn and quinoa salad, a warm moroccan inspired salad, an italian potato salad, and green bean salad.  All delicious and all perfect for lunches and dinners for every occasion.

Curry (1) – learn how to utilise a thermomix and create a selection of Indian curries including Goan fish curry, a dry lentil curry, butter chicken, lamb tikka and Gajar Matar

Curry (2) – creating a selection of curries including fish curry, dahl, sri lankan curry, north indian sweet curry, and yellow rice

Curry (3) – Create a selection of asian inspired curries including red duck curry, prawn and mango curry, and green chicken curry

Winter Warmer (1) – Sweet Potato and Chickpea Soup, Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato and Sticky Balsamic, Free Form Fruit Tart with Almond Frangipane

Quick Meals (1) – Creating quick and easy meals has never been easier.  Make a tasty chicken stroganoff, Steamed fish with lemongrass and lime sauce, the best beef satay and a quick pea and prosciutto soup.

Desserts (1) – lemon and poppyseed cheesecakes, strawberry and basil yogurt cake, golden syrup dumplings

Spanish Flair – Enjoy the culinary delights of this spanish inspired menu where students will enjoy gazpacho, spanish meatballs, garlic and paprika prawns, and churros with chocolate sauce.

Preserving – learn how to create a number of preserves including pickled mushrooms, beetroot relish, chilli jam and preserved lemons.
